I raced the Bristol RunRider Offroad Duathlon at the weekend as my final warm up for the Xterra Worlds in Maui. The main aim was to fire up the legs to race pace and see if all the hard work had paid off.

Great result! 1st place VET and second overall on a tough hilly course.

Next stop Maui!
