I have a new nutrition sponsor for 2011. Ultimate Sports Nutrition (USN) are going to be big in the UK, they are a South African company with an extensive range of quality products and very proactive marketing activities. I will be putting their endurance range of drinks, gels and supplements to the test and reporting back here.

The first of my 2011 bikes has arrived from Cannondale. The SuperX is a full carbon Cyclocross racer, and after a couple of rides I can tell you it flies!

This is probably the best all round bike I have ever ridden, and I have ridden a few.
