Running in the snow
Had a nice run in the snow today. Looks like its going to be the rollers for indoor bike training going forward. Hmmm winter training in South Africa sounds fab…. now where’s that last sponsor I’m looking for…..?

Cannondale Flash Team arrives!
I have just taken delivery of my new Cannondale Flash Team bike. Awesome 16.5lb rocket ship, supplied by the nice people at Cannondale and picked up from the equally nice people at Addiktion Cycles in St Albans.
